Changes in the mind and body by arranging a flower and flower appreciation are measured from photoplethsimograms and replies to a questionnaire by visitors to Pacific Flora 2004. Estimated aging index of blood vessels (BVAge), wave heights and pulse rates are calculated from fingertip photoplethysmograms and their second derivative. BVAge values are significantly decreased by flower arrangement and flower appreciation. Principal component analysis is applied for 10 questions. The high healing impression (high value of the first principal component points) group shows a remarkable change from appreciation of a self-arranged flower compared to a low healing impression group.
