A kind of Qigong (Chinese lotus Qigong) was introduced by the writer. The exercise is made of six steps: stepping into quiet; imagining warmth from Mingmen for about 5 minutes; imagining warmth from the abdomen for about 5 minutes; with total time 20 minutes or so, adjusting your body by breath for 3 minutes; excluding the pathogen from the navel for 3 minutes; then completing the whole exercises.
