Elimination of fatigue of sportsmen through system of deep breathing exercises

The intensity of load of athletics is the most essential content of drills of special field sports men. Whether the fatigue of organism brought about by intensity of load can be eliminated quickly is the key link whether the drill level can be raised. We used system of deep breathing exercise to eliminate the fatigue of the middle race sports man whose intensity of movement is rather heavy. For four times after certain intensity of drills, the sports men adopted system of deep breathing exercise or physical exercise differently for modulation to compare the results of them. That is to say, after twenty minutes recovery in the two kinds of way above, we gauged the physical indexes of each sports man's pulse, blood pressure, vital capacity, the power of gripping and Harvard's Step Test, and the datums show that system of deep breathing exercise has advantage to eliminate fatigue and recover organism, and we found out that the advantage lies in the complete adjustment of bodies heart and breath and aimed modulation that takes on its feature to stimulate the self-adjustment of body after research, thus we point out that it is widely practical and of extensive future to use system of deep breathing exercise for elimination of fatigue after athletics.
