The French chemist, J. Benveniste, used the homeopathy method to show the memory effect of water. M. Emoto, in Japan, has shown the differences of water characteristics, as a wave by a crystal image method. In this research, we investigate how a magnetic field influences the ice crystals. We performed experiments with distilled water, city tap water, mineral water, magnetized water, and purified water. There was a difference in the mineral water, but none in distilled water. Also the growth rate of crystals was reduced when the water had high mineral content. We observed that a magnetic field could influence the hexagon crystal shape of water despite some problem of repeativity
