The objective of this paper is to discuss Obesity treatment leading to weight loss results which are sustainable and treatment of skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis through the use of Qigong. In the case of obesity treatment the intervention is
presented of a temporary diet and three Qigong exercises which lead to significant weight loss in a relative short period without apparent negative side effects. In the case of skin diseases results are presented of people who have suffered sometimes as long as 28 years from psoriasis or constitutional
eczema and who are cured through the use of Qigong exercises and temporary herbal treatment. The need for further research is stressed particularly with regard to sustainability of both weight loss and the cure of psoriasis and eczema. A longitudinal research methodology is recommended.
