Children aged between 6 and 14 years old were selected in the experimental process and the Jiulong Shengong (9-Dragon Qigong) was used to develop their intelligence.

Method:

The children were asked to sit straight, relax with feet on the level of shoulders and hang their arms naturally .Hands were put on knees with half-closed eyes and the tongue tip touching the upper palate. The body and brain were relaxed at the same time.

Psychological relaxation was initiated with one hand on the other with the palms facing upward. The hands were put on the lower Dantian then somatic breathing was done for 4
times.

The first form of Zhineng Qigong was practiced from 5 to 50 minutes. Some students were asked to learn to train the extra human ability.

Results:

The mind was focused on the lower Dantian to do 24 times of breathing. Hands were rubbed warm and the face was rubbed. Palms were on the eyes and Qi was going to them.

Between 5-20 minutes, students would have the ability of inner vision. In two days they would have extra human ability. The effective rate is 95%.
