It was proved in the previous experiment that different systems of qigong could make variation in the ultraviolet zero and the second order spectra of water and the solution of the large biological molecules. For further research on the variation of those different function groups, this article is designed to do some studies on whether qigong emitted by three qigong masters who had different systems and ability had obvious influence on the sample of ethanol molecules delta H or not. The result showed that the chemical shift of the ethanol hydroxyl and its peak shape were surely affected by all the three qigong masters, a chemical shift of the ethanol hydroxyl moving 0.08-0.12ppm to upfield region and its peak shape changing from high-point to round-blunt. But no change was observed at all in methyl and hypomethyl. It was found that the chemical shift and peak shape reverted to their original level only ten minutes after the performance. It was suggested that the waiqi makes the hydrogen exchanging speed of the hydroxyl slow and the hydrobond weak, indicating that qigong waiqi could affect the function groups of the solution and change the hydrobond. This would explain why the qigong master could treat some diseases. However, our investigation just is a beginning, and further research is essential.
