Immune states of immunosuppressed BALB/c mice which exposed to emitted qi were studied. Compared with the control group, the weights of thymus (mg) and spleen (mg/10g body weight) in the group of emitted qi were significantly increased. There was significant difference between the control group and the qigong group in percentage of ANAE+ lymphocyte. The PFC of the spleen to SRBC (OD/2x10^7 cell) in the two group were 0.71+-0.035 and 0.87+-0.09 respectively. The PFC of qigong group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The results indicated that after the immunosuppressed mice exposed to emitted qi the PFC of spleen to SRBC, the weights of thymus and spleen as well as percentage of ANAE+ lymphocyte were improved and increased. It was shown that emitted qi could have the ability of immunoregulation.
