The effects of a system of deep breathing exercises (plant magnetic field, human body magnetic field and mixed magnetic field) on pleurotus florida (blocket Tsao) Han and pleurotus sapidus (Schulz) Sacc, were studied in this paper.

Our preliminary investigation indicated that a system of deep breathing exercises had different effects on the growth and nutrition composition of pleurotus florida and pleurotus sapidus. The plant magnetic field promoted the growth of pleurotus florida and its rate of growth increased about 25%. The protein content of pleurotus florida was increased 29%. The polysaccharide of pleurotus florida was increased 18.2%

But the mixed magnetic field restrains the growth of pleurotus florida.
