If you want to a successful Qigong therapist who can transmit Qi into your patient's body for healing purposes, you should have a solid foundation in Qigong training. You should first be able to circulate your Qi in a 'micro-cosmic orbit' way, and be able to store your Qi in your lower “Dantian.” Then you can learn how to manipulate your Qi at will.

Recommended Qigong includes the following:

1) Practice 'Receiving the Qi while Dispersing Your Dirty Qi Qigong.
2) Practice 'Heaven, Earth, and I' Qigong - first nourish your Qi in the dantian area, and then submerge yourself with the universe.
3) Practice involuntary Movements Through Pressing the Acu-points' Qigong - invigorate the qi-flow inside yourself and strengthen all the systems in your body.

Only when there is enough Qi accumulated inside your body, can you start to practice 'Emit your qi' Qigong. At that time, you will be able to emit your Qi outside your body and use this 'external Qi' to heal your patients.

Most of the above-mentioned Qigong forms will be demonstrated during the presentation.
