In this paper we obtained myoelectrical signals (MS) from 'LAO GONG' acupoint during qigong (QG) state using Ag-AgCl surface electrode from 37 tests in 19 subjects. At various QG states, we observed three kinds of relative total power changes (increase, decrease and no change), after-effect and repetition in MS, as those in the studies of magnetic signals. It has significant difference in the level of basically MS total power between QG master group and control group. MS total power during the state of hand muscular tension in control group was increased, but was lower than that in QG master group. It is preliminarily shown from electromyogram experiments that the source of <2 KHz magnetic signals and one of the possible sources of 3 Hz magnetic signals are same from the activities of hand skeleton muscles.
