William has been studying under Grandmaster Guiffre’s personal direction since the year 2000. During this time Grandmaster Guiffre has dessiminated to William many aspects of Nei Gong, Qi Gong & Tai Ji Quan. Some of the various forms and sets have included The Golden Light Meditation, Five Element & Eight Energy Channels Meditation, Five Element Qi Gong, Energy Gathering Qi Gong, & Heaven & Earth Training.

The primary focus of William's studies for many years has been the Wu Style 37 Postures Tai Ji Quan form developed by Great Master Wang Pei Sheng. To increase his level of expertise in the applications of the Tai Ji Quan form, William also studied single hand and two hands pushing hands and Da Lu.

Along with his martial art studies, William has immersed himself in Eastern philosophy. His studies have involved many of the great eastern spiritual texts and subjects including, but not limited to, The Tao Te Ching, The I Ching and The Diamond Sutra & The Sutra of Hui-neng. .

William is truly humbled to be granted the honor and responsibility of sharing the teachings of Great Master Wang and Grandmaster Guiffre with adults of all ages, skill levels and abilities.
