Through movement cultivate energy and awareness to shift from problems to outcomes; failure to feedback; from impossibility to what if? through the use of martial arts and traditional Chinese medicinal practices we support individuals while they move through distinct stages of heightened self-awareness and cultivate healing from the body to the mind, from the inside out. We have a strong focus on working with individuals who have experiencd trauma and help them move through those experiences to feel more competent and safer within themselves. |
