I am here to help inspire, educate and promote Preventitive Health and Complimentary Alternative Medicine. Wai; External and Nei; Internal is what this system is all about, drawing upon thousands of years of knowledge, truth and understanding. From the Taoists Priests and Buddhists Monks of China, India and Tibet to the Shinto Priests and Zen masters of Japan, to the laymen from around the world, this system is a universal and dynamic flow of internal and external arts. Based on health care systems it teaches how to defend from many assaults, not just the physical but the mental, psychic, and spiritual. The goal of Martial Arts is to actualize the self while letting go of the biological urge to struggle, resist and contend. As martial artists we undergo intensive training to leave the world of the ordinary behind and step into the realm of the non-ordinary. The benefits of martial art training are limitless. The study of history, philosophy, self defense and medicine is the typical course structure. Although those with a higher knowledge may have specialized curriculum based on rank, knowledge and understanding. *Also offering Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) programs and Sport Combat training. *Come by for some tea at our tea bar.
