I also teaches corporate mind, body and breath wellness program for improving performances and empowering personal health responsibility. Utilizes a Holistic five step behavior modification worsite Wellness program.

2nd Degree Black belt in Sei Bu Do Martial Arts (holy Art Way) by Grandmaster Soke Dr. Donald Swansey. Certified in Accupressure Point, Medical Qigong, Dim Mak, Natural healing with nutrition and Accupressure. Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi certified Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher.
