Dr. Cibik has been actively training in martial arts and meditation for over 37 years. With a doctorate in Medical QiGong and naturopathy, his training also includes both internal and external martial styles ranging from Tai Chi, QiGong, Judo, Bagua, Qigong, Brazilian Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Wing Chung and more. He holds black belt rankings in Tang Soo Do, Silat, Kunto and Judo. A student of Zen meditation practice for more than 25 years; experienced in Transcendental Meditation, the Silva Method and other methods; Dr. Cibik has extensive background in working with corporations and federal bureaus as a presenter and consultant in the areas of stress management.
